In 2015, I was working with a small digital team that was growing faster than its structure could support. We had the ambition, but not the clarity or systems needed to scale. That experience changed the way I thought about building products. It showed me how powerful the right frameworks could be. JTBD, agile delivery, value mapping and outcome-focused planning stopped being just methodologies and became the tools that turned scattered efforts into meaningful, scalable growth.

Over the years, that foundation has evolved. It progressed into a mindset of continuous improvement, where I am always looking for new ways to enhance how teams work, make decisions and deliver value. My approach today remains simple.
Use data to understand the problem, use AI to accelerate the work, and rely on strong execution to bring the solution to life.

I believe AI should remove friction rather than create complexity. It should help teams learn faster, validate smarter and deliver with confidence. And I see great project management as the backbone that keeps everyone aligned, accountable and moving with purpose.
